If you provide your mobile phone number through our property inquiry form and consent to receive SMS/text messages, KF Investing may use that number to send you SMS/text messages related to your property inquiry and related real estate communications. These messages may include follow-up on your inquiry, requests for additional information, scheduling communications, and updates related to your submission.
SMS Consent is Voluntary
SMS/text message consent is voluntary. You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of submitting a property inquiry or receiving any goods or services from KF Investing. You may submit a property inquiry without consenting to receive SMS messages.
SMS Consent is Separate from Email Consent
Your consent to receive SMS/text messages is collected separately from your consent to receive email communications. Opting in to SMS does not automatically opt you in to email, and vice versa.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Carriers Not Liable
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
