Program Description
KF Investing sends SMS messages to individuals who submit a property inquiry and voluntarily opt in to receive text messages. Messages may relate to property inquiries, potential real estate transactions, follow-up communications, scheduling, and other communications related to the individual's inquiry.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your property inquiry and communications with KF Investing. You may receive multiple messages related to your inquiry.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive SMS messages from KF Investing unless you separately provide consent again.

Consent is Voluntary
Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing property, selling property, submitting a property inquiry, or receiving any goods or services from KF Investing. You may submit a property inquiry without consenting to receive SMS messages.
SMS Consent is Separate from Email Consent
Your consent to receive SMS/text messages is collected separately from your consent to receive email communications. Opting in to SMS does not automatically opt you in to email, and vice versa.
Privacy and Non-Sharing of SMS Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are used solely to communicate with you regarding your property inquiry and related real estate matters. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
